Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.It is DIY Model.You will be setting up your own Store.
Do you take a percentage of each sale?
Never! Its your shop, so you should keep your profits. Unlike other platforms, Shopnix does not charge on transactions. We only have a fixed monthly fee to cover hosting and management. The transaction fee you directly pay to the payment gateways still apply though.
What are your bandwidth fees and hosting fees?
Nope, all Shopnix plans include unlimited bandwidth and hosting for free.
How many users can I have?
All Shopnix plan come with unlimited users.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Shopnix is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply renew your store as per the plans.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yep. Simply click on the "Account" tab on your dashboard and you'll see your options.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Your online store can use an existing domain name that you own. We also provide you with a free .shopnix domain.
Is my data safe and secure?
Absolutely. The security and uptime of your store is our #1 priority. We protect your site and data with the same military-grade security and encryption that the big banks use. Read more in the faq how secure is my store
Do you offer any discounted plans?
Yes, the higher your plan duration, the more discount you get. Click on the plan duration above to see the discounted prices.
